I have decades of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating social change efforts with equity, inclusion, cultural resonance, and adaptability in mind. Specializations include gender issues and ending gender-based violence, migrant/refugee issues, youth development, economic justice, and sexual/reproductive justice.

My practice integrates considerations of identity, legacies of harm, resistance and innovation and how it has impacted different ways of knowing. I am constantly learning and unlearning to strive towards just, interconnected, and authentic ways of being. I embrace complexity, emergent strategies and strive towards right relations in how I live and work.
